The relative theory of patterned characters

For me, there is no distinction between the basic composition of text and patterns; both are formed by points and lines arranged in accordance with certain rules. Their definitions and rules can therefore be interchanged, resulting in a wide variety of transformations. When we look at text, we can decipher basic patterns such as circles and rectangles. Conversely, when we observe shapes, we can also deconstruct similar textual forms. Many times, we have observed such phenomena without formally categorizing them into a system. I enjoy manipulating various geometric structures, using the simplest patterns to reflect and analyze complex scenarios, as well as the collective subconscious phenomena of the human world.

Within this framework, I create beautiful and intriguing connections, aiming to bridge the gap between the two and encourage them to blend and complement each other. This proposition will continue indefinitely, much like a probe orbiting a planet, as I explore, question, gaze into the gaps, continually practice, and refine this artistic theory.

After the prolific proliferation of replicated connections, the presence of text is gradually diminished, while various ellipses grow like cells, creating a plethora of marvelous patterns, akin to stained glass or algae. The lack of identifiable patterns allows me to appreciate a different kind of beauty and harmony, and upon further observation, I discover even more intriguing aspects. This is what I seek to experience—a new visual encounter and a bold aesthetic experiment.

From a vase to fragments, then to text, then to graphics, then to a complete image… No rules, yet the material and origin still traceable.

This is an exploration of the realm of beauty, articulated solely by circles and lines. Replacing language with graphics, introducing themes of contemplation into the image, teaching through example, language serving as a tool for logical deduction, patterns playing the role of practical knowledge. For me, it is a novel experience.
